At this time, we accept NO insurance aside from Medicare; however, we can provide you with a superbill, so that you can submit an out-of-network claim with your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Our fee schedule is as follows: 

• New Patient Appointment: $125-155

• Follow-Up Appointment: $50-55

• Re-examinations/New Complaint Exams: $25

For Medicare Patients, the fee schedule is as follows: 

• Medicare New Patient Assessment: $103.26-151.11

• Medicare Follow-Up: $28.26-51.11

• Re-examination/New Complaint Exams: $25

• HMP/STIM/Soft Tissue/Cupping: $10
