Medicare ONLY covers manipulation of the spine when it is medically necessary. 

Medicare does not cover:

• Initial or re-examination (it is required by law to perform these exams)

• X-rays or other imaging

• Soft  tissue

• E-STIM

• Maintenance or wellness adjustments

At Riutta Chiropractic, we are a Non-Par Medicare Provider. This means that you pay at the time of service, then we will Medicare, and you receive a reimbursement check in the mail from Medicare directly.  Medicare typically reimburses 80% of covered services.

The fee schedule is as follows: 

• Medicare New Patient Assessment: $103.26-151.11

• Medicare Follow-Up: $28.26-51.11

• Re-examination: $25

• HMP/STIM/Soft Tissue/Cupping: $10
